Logo Usage Agreement

Important Logo Use Information

By copying or making any use of the Hauptwerk™ Virtual Pipe Organ logos below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to, the Logo Usage Agreement below that governs your use of the logos. If you do not agree to the Agreement’s terms, do not copy or use the logo in any way, unless you have written permission signed by Milan Digital Audio (MDA).

Logo Usage Agreement:

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Logo solely in whole for editorial use by press and/or industry analysts. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. The Logo cannot be used to promote or sell any product or technology (such as on advertising, brochures, book-covers, stock photos, t-shirts, or other promotional merchandise) without express written permission by MDA. You may not alter, or modify the Logo, in whole or in part, for any reason.

As between you and MDA, MDA is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Logo. You will not delete, alter, or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the Image, and each use will be accompanied by the applicable proprietary attribution shown next to the Image.

The Logo is provided by MDA on an ‘as is’ basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not MDA, are responsible for your use of the Logo. Any misuse of the Image or breach of this Agreement may cause MDA irreparable harm. MDA is either an owner or licensee of the Logo, not an agent for the owner. We understand that you will give our company a credit line as follows: “Courtesy of Milan Digital Audio LLC “.

Clear Space

To ensure that other graphic elements do not crowd or weaken the impact of the Hauptwerk identity mark, leave a minimum clear space around the mark. If it is resized, it should be done proportionately.

Example:

Color

Always reproduce the identity mark only in the colors illustrated and specified in the Style Guide included with the download. Use the Pantone colors indicated for accurate color matching.

Use in combination with photography or imagery which complements this color scheme. Alternatively, a grayscale or solid-color representation may be used.

Additional Standards of Reproduction

Compliance with the following standards will ensure quality reproduction and maximum visual impact:

The logo master films must be used as supplied and should not be manipulated or altered.
The logo should not be scanned into a computer from a hard copy.
Printers should only be supplied with the logo in the form of a high-resolution master electronic file.
