Hauptwerk V License Migration

This form is only for those who are migrating their existing Hauptwerk V4 licenses to V5. Please do not use this if you have not yet upgraded to Hauptwerk V! Once licenses are migrated you will not be able to return to using them in pre-version 5 editions of Hauptwerk.

To migrate your licenses please click the button below and a new window will open where you may fill out your information and submit your license migration file.

Once you have submitted the form your licenses will automatically be deposited into your iLok account and will be immediately ready for use in a Hauptwerk V licensed edition (requires upgrade to Hauptwerk V).
