Licensing
Hauptwerk is licensed via hardware protection using an advanced security dongle USB key known as the Hauptwerk USB key. This key is required to run Hauptwerk in licensed mode beyond the trial version. All newly purchased Hauptwerk licenses include the Hauptwerk USB key inside the product box. A spare USB port is required.IMPORTANT NOTE: New orders will not ship with the license data contained on the Hauptwerk USB key. Once you receive your copy of Hauptwerk you will be required to activate your license through an Internet download which will update the license on your Hauptwerk USB key.
